2017 Maryland District Exemplification of the Fourth Degree
Friday, March 3, 2017 – Sunday, March 5th, 2017
The Maryland District Exemplification of the Fourth Degree will be held at the Princess Royale Hotel, 9100 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD 21842 during the weekend of March 3-5, 2017.
Hotel Reservations should be made early (No later than Feb. 03, 2017.)
The Exemplification of the Fourth Degree will be presented during a weekend-long fraternal event at the Princess Royale Hotel in Ocean City, MD. Reservations for Friday and Saturday night accommodations are available through the Faithful Comptroller of your Assembly.
Room Rates are as follows for one or two occupants. Hotel accommodations should be made for the entire weekend of fraternal activity. A credit card is necessary to reserve your room. Each Assembly will submit one Room Reservation Request for all attendees.
- $89.00 + tax (Ocean/Poll View Single or Double)
- $109.00 + tax (Oceanfront)
All reservations at the Princess Royale must be made by February 03, 2017. Late reservations will be charged the prevailing rates for that time of year per room.

- Exemplification Registration 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (completed by Faithful Navigator & Faithful Comptroller)
- Hotel check-in 4:00pm
- Hospitality 8:00 pm-Midnight
Saturday, March 4, 2017
- Candidate check-in 9:30am
- Ladies’ activities and Luncheon 10:30am
- Exemplification Ceremony 11:15am (all Sir Knights seated by 11:00am)
- Mass 4:00pm
- Reception (Cash Bar) 5:00pm
- Banquet 5:30pm
Sunday, March 6, 2017
- Hotel check-out before 12:00pm
Exemplification Event Fees
Candidate Exemplification Fee (includes 1 banquet ticket, lapel pin, social baldric, and processing fees):
Lay candidates and Permanent Deacons $70.00 (Please note: Fees for the Exemplification does not constitute payment for dues to the Assembly)
Priests and members of religious orders $40.00
Banquet & Program Fees:
Banquet ticket for candidates (each candidate receives 1 banquet ticket)
Banquet Tickets for wife, guests, and current members $50.00
Ladies’ Luncheon and entertainment (pre-paid reservations only) $35.00
