The Maryland Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus will host an exemplification in November in Pasadena, MD. We ask that you begin recruiting candidates as soon as possible. You’ll find the event details below, along with an attached PDF copy of the Form 4 for your candidates.
Please review the deadlines carefully. With current costs being what they are, it’s essential that we receive an accurate head count one week before the exemplification. Submit all Form 4s and direct any questions to SK Bill Copes at the email address provided below.

Candidate Initiation Fee includes one banquet ticket, certificate of exemplification, and lapel pin. There is an additional cost for each guest the candidate brings to the luncheon.

All candidate payments should be paid to the assembly. One check from each assembly for all candidates and guests should be made payable to: Master of the MD Fourth Degree. Payment can be made electronically through Zelle to mddistrictmaster@gmail.com.

DRESS
The official dress for the Fourth Degree Exemplification is:
Dark suit
White dress shirt
Dress shoes
Members of the armed forces, police and firefighters may wear dress uniforms
Religious may wear their clerical garb
Fourth Degree members should come in uniform or dark suit if no uniform

Your, Third Degree Membership card
Completed and signed Form 4 if not previously submitted
CANDIDATES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Candidates with medical or physical disabilities are to report to the District Marshal. Their assembly will escort those with special needs to and from the exemplification room.
